Pittards plc ("Pittards" or the "Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been informed that on 1 May 2018 Stephen Yapp, Chairman, bought a further 23,880 shares in the Company at a price of 83.75 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Yapp's holding in the Company has increased to 84,111 shares.
