Pittards plc ("Pittards" or the "Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been informed that on 3 May 2018 Louise Cretton, Non-Executive Director, bought a further 2,203 shares in the Company at a price of 90.5 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Ms Cretton's holding in the Company has increased to 14,203 shares.
