PZ Cussons Plc (the 'Company') announces that, on the following date it was
notified by the following Directors that they had, pursuant to and subject to
the terms and conditions of the PZ Cussons Executive Share Option Scheme, been
granted an option to acquire the following numbers of existing Ordinary Shares
of 10p each and 'A' (non-voting) Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company upon
the terms set out in the PZ Cussons Executive Share Option Scheme.
