Exercise of Options

The Company announces that, following the exercise of share options by certain employees, an application has been made for 23,334 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari-passu with existing ordinary shares and it is expected that admission will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 14 November 2018.

Following admission of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will consist of 123,940,889 ordinary shares. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in Restore following Admission will be 123,940,899.

The above figure of 123,940,899 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
