T & G AIM VCT Plc 'C' SHARE OFFER
30th September 2003



The Directors announce that the Offers for Subscription for 2002/2003 and 2003/
2004 will close at 5 p.m. on Tuesday 30th September 2003.


Application will be made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange to list an additional 131,340 'C' Shares in T & G AIM VCT Plc pursuant
to the 2003/2004 Offer for Subscription.  These shares have been allotted and
trading is expected to commence on Wednesday October 8th 2003.  Following this
listing the total number of 'C' shares in issue, pursuant to the 2002/2003 and
2003/2004 Offers will be 576,600.
