                                Director's Dealing



The Company was informed today that Mr Christopher Jarvis, a director of the
Company, yesterday sold to certain employee's 5,000 ordinary shares of 10p each
in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at #1.04 per Ordinary Share.


Of these Ordinary Shares sold by Mr Jarvis, 1,000 Ordinary Shares were purchased
by Christopher Martin, also a director of the Company, at #1.04 per Ordinary
Share.


As a result, Mr Jarvis and Mr Martin have an interest in 71,500 and 43,000
Ordinary Shares respectively, representing 0.68 and 0.41 per cent. of the
Company's current issued ordinary share capital respectively.
