Resignation of Nominated Adviser ("NOMAD") and Broker

The Board of Touch announces that Shore Capital & Corporate Limited and Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited, NOMAD and broker to the Company respectively, have resigned with immediate effect. In the event that a replacement NOMAD is not appointed by the Company within one month, the listing of the Company's shares on AIM will be cancelled.
