Changes
Tracsis, a leading transport
technology provider, today announces the following changes to its
Board of Directors as part of the Board's long-term succession
planning.
Ross Paterson to join the
Board as a Non-Executive Director
Tracsis is pleased to announce that
Ross Paterson will join the Board as a Non-Executive Director on
2nd April 2024.
Ross is a former Chief Financial
Officer of Stagecoach Group and Non-Executive Director of Virgin
Rail Group. He has extensive experience of managing finance &
risk and delivering strategic growth in an international UK-listed
business, and has significant knowledge of the transport sector
from his executive career with Stagecoach Group. He is currently a
Non-Executive Director and Audit & Risk Committee Chair of the
FTSE 100 company, The Unite Group plc. He is a member of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
Liz Richards to step down
from the Board
Liz Richards will step down from the
Board on 30th June 2024. Liz joined the Tracsis Board in
September 2016 and has been Chair of the Audit Committee since that
date. Ross Paterson will succeed Liz as Chair of the Audit
Committee on 30th June 2024.

business that focuses on data capture, data analytics, GIS, earth
observation, data insights, consultancy and event traffic
management within a range of transport and pedestrian rich
environments. The business provides technology and bespoke
products and data that underpin large scale intelligent transport
systems, smart city planning and positive environmental decision
making.

Tracsis has a blue-chip client base which includes
all major UK transport owning groups, Network Rail, Passenger and
Freight Train Operating Companies, the Department for Transport,
TfL, multiple local authorities, major outdoor music and sporting
event organisers, and a wide variety of large engineering and
infrastructure companies. In North America our clients include
Class 1 rail freight companies, transit operators, shortline
railroads and several large rail served ports and
industrials.

through acquisition and has made seventeen acquisitions since
