Convertible Loan Facility Agreement and drawdown
Insig AI plc (AIM: INSG), the data science and machine learning
group, announces that on 10 October 2022 a first tranche of
GBP100,000 was drawn down on the convertible loan facility
agreement provided by Richard Bernstein as announced on 12
September 2022 (the "Loan Agreement"). After this first tranche, an
amount of GBP650,000 remains available to be drawn down under the
Loan Agreement.
