Result of Annual General Meeting

Vector Capital plc (AIM: VCAP), a commercial lending group that offers secured loans primarily to businesses located in the United Kingdom, is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

Following the approval of the relevant resolution at the AGM, the final dividend of 1.53p per share will be paid on or by 1 June 2023 to shareholders on the register on 19 May 2023. The ex-dividend date is 18 May 2023.
