Windar Photonics plc (AIM: WPHO), the technology group that has developed a cost efficient and innovative LiDAR wind sensor for use on electricity generating wind turbines, was notified on 1 October 2023 that Paul Hodges, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 68,500 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at a price of 35.5 pence each.

Following this transaction, Mr Hodges is interested in 1,450,318 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 2.1 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
