AT&T Declares Quarterly Dividend 
 
    BEDMINSTER, N.J., June 12 -- AT&T's Board of Directors 
yesterday declared a regular dividend of $0.1875 (18.75 cents) per share, 
payable August 1, 2003, to AT&T common shareowners of record on June 30, 2003. 
    The common share dividends will go to about 2.9 million shareowners.
