"Rusty" Sammons as Vice President of Operations for the alternative fuel company. Mr. Sammons served ExxonMobil for more than 11 years prior to accepting the new post. "Rusty brings over a decade of practical refinery engineering experience to Nova Energy," said Kenneth Hern, Nova's Chairman and CEO. Mr. Sammons earned a master's degree in business administration from the University of Houston and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
