                               Holding in Company


The Company was informed, on 9 September 2003, by the Trustee of the Radstone
Technology PLC Share Incentive Plan (the "Trust") that, on 3 September 2003, the
Trustee bought 2,907 ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") and, as a result, now has an interest in 104,192 Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.38 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.


All employees of the Company, including the executive directors, are potential
beneficiaries of the Trust.
