United Maritime Corporation (the “Company”) announced today that the following proposals were approved and adopted at its 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on November 7, 2024:


 a)
the re-election of Messrs. Stavros Gyftakis and Dimitrios Kostopoulos as Class B Directors to serve until the 2027 Annual Meeting of Shareholders; and

b)           the ratification of the appointment of Ernst & Young (Hellas) Certified Auditors Accountants S.A. to serve as the Company’s independent auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.
