On July 29, 2022, Meridian Bioscience, Inc. issued a press release announcing the re-authorization of its Revogene SARS-CoV-2 assay from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
