Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of shareholders of
Anglo Platinum held on Thursday, 29 May 2003, all the ordinary resolutions and
the special resolution, as specified in the notice of meeting dated 27 March
2003, were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.


The special resolution amending the articles of association of the company will
