Executive Officer, in addition to his role as President and a
director of the Corporation. The Board of Directors has accepted
the resignation of Norman Brewster
and would like to thank him for his contribution and wish him
success in his future endeavours.

The Corporation has a 5% interest in the 55,000 acre
Ochapowace/Chacachas property also located in Saskatchewan.
