Val-D'or, Quebec, May 30, 2013. Knick Exploration Inc.
(<<Knick>>) announces that the Autorite des marches
financiers ("AMF") had rendered on May 1st, 2013 a management cease
trade order valid until June 30, 2013 at the latest.
Knick had until April 30, 2013 for filing its audited financial
statements, its management's discussion and analysis and the CEO
and CFO certificates relating to the audited annual financial
statements for its fiscal year ended December 31, 2012.
Unfortunately, Knick did not meet this requirement and foresee that
these documents will be ready for filing by June 30, 2013, at the
latest.
In the mean time, Knick is actively pursuing, on a daily basis,
with its auditors for the preparation of the audited financial
statements and seeks to file same as soon as possible.
Knick had also until May 31, 2013 for filing its interim
financial statements, its management's discussion and analysis and
it's the CEO and CFO certificates relating to the interim financial
statements for the period ended March 31, 2013. Unfortunately,
Knick will not meet this requirement because such information
documents cannot be filed before the filing of the audited annual
financial statements and consequently these documents will be ready
for filing by June 30, 2013, at the latest.
Knick intends to satisfy the provisions of the alternative
information guidelines so long as it will remain in default of
filing the above mentioned documents.
Knick is not subject to any insolvency proceeding.
Knick is in the development stage and is actively pursuing the
exploration of its mining properties the whole since the beginning
of its enterprise.
