Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.

 

On January 19, 2019, Sharing Economy International, Inc. (the “Company”) wholly-owned subsidiary, Sharing Economy Investment Limited (“SEIL”) cancelled the Sale and Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) entered into on August 17, 2018 with the shareholder of Gagfare Limited (“Gagfare”).
