Result of General Meeting

 

 

Aseana Properties Limited (LSE: ASPL), a property developer in Malaysia listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange, announces the results of its General meeting, held earlier today, 24 February 2025.

 

The votes received in respect of the Resolution proposed at the General Meeting represented a total of 92.35% of the 159,853,498 voting rights in Aseana as at the date of the meeting, which excludes 13,334,000 ordinary shares in treasury.

 

The Resolution was passed with the requisite majority. The voting was as follows:

Accordingly, following the passing of the Resolution at the General Meeting, the Company has conditionally raised gross proceeds of approximately $5.45 million via the Subscription with Neuchatel Investment Holdings Limited, at the Issue Price of US$0.08 per Ordinary Share, details of which were announced on 21 January 2025.

 

The Company will make any further announcements with regards to the Subscription at the appropriate time.
