The board of Clerkenwell Ventures announces that it was informed on 17 February
2006 by Trafalgar Asset Managers  Limited ("TAM") that Trafalgar Catalyst Fund
and Trafalgar Recovery Fund, both under the discretionary management of  TAM,
together have an interest in 2,607,143 ordinary shares representing 3.78% of the
current issued share capital of  the Company.

The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 1 pence each in
the Company.
