Ekay PLC, ("Ekay" or the "Company") the full service advertising agency,
announces the issue of 157,142 ordinary shares to satisfy the exercise of an
option granted to a former employee under the Company's Enterprise Management
Scheme adopted on 23 September 2005. The Option exercise price is 2.1 pence per
share.
