Latest integration designed to help employers
reduce errors, avoid penalties and create a positive employee
onboarding experience
To help more employers across the U.S. maintain compliance and
prevent costly errors, Experian® today announced it has achieved
Workday Certified Integration status for its innovative I-9
Management solution. With this new integration, organizations
leveraging Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) can access
Experian’s solution to streamline Form I-9 processes – a key
component of employee onboarding.
Why it matters
Form I-9 is a critical piece of the onboarding process and
ensures all employees are authorized and eligible to work in the
U.S. However, employers often face significant challenges with I-9
compliance, including the risk of errors, missing data, rule
changes and the pressure of timely submissions. These issues can
lead to audits and costly penalties for employers, as well as a
cumbersome onboarding process that detracts from the overall
employee experience.
Experian’s I-9 Management is designed to address these
challenges by identifying mistakes and warning of missing data
before submission to reduce compliance risk and ensure a smooth
onboarding process.
“We know I-9 compliance can be one of the more challenging
obligations employers face,” said Anne Obee, Vice President of
Experian Employer Services. “We are committed to helping employers
stay a step ahead of potential errors while reducing their risks of
noncompliance. Through our latest integration with Workday, we’re
turning a cumbersome process into a fully automated workflow – and
ultimately providing employers with more time to focus on the
overall employee experience.”
Workday HCM is a unified system that enables organizations to
make faster decisions, gain operational visibility, prepare for
future talent shifts and build effective teams. Employers using
Workday now have streamlined access to Experian’s I-9 Management
solution, providing an efficient means for customers to complete
their I-9 documentation.
Experian’s I-9 Management solution is the company’s fourth
integration with Workday – joining Work Opportunity Tax Credit
screening services, Tax Withholding and ACA Reporting as Workday
Certified Integrations.
Experian launched its Employer Services business for employers
seeking a better service experience for themselves and their
employees. The business offers critical solutions for HR, payroll
and tax professionals.
