FFastFill plc (LSE: FFA), the leading provider of Software as a Service ("SaaS") to the global derivatives community received notification from ION Trading Ireland Limited on 25 January 2013 that, pursuant to a group restructuring, it had made an intra-group transfer of its total interest in the Company, being 123,485,932 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), which currently represents 25.0 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company, to Pattington Limited (a group affiliate of ION Trading Ireland Limited).

Pattington Limited also holds an additional 160,875 Ordinary Shares. Therefore Pattington Limited's total interest in the Company is 123,646,807 Ordinary Shares, representing 25.1% of the issued share capital and total voting rights.
