Update to Fundraising and expected Admission Date
Further to its previous announcement of 23 February 2021, the
Company has submitted an application to admit the Subscription
Shares to the Official List of the UK Financial Conduct Authority
("FCA") and to the Main Market (Standard Segment) of the London
Stock Exchange Plc ("LSE") (together, "Admission").
Admission of the Subscription Shares is expected to take place
on 11 March 2021.
