The Company was notified on 6 March 2019 that the following ordinary shares of 5p each were purchased on 5 March 2019 for Helen Gordon, Vanessa Simms and Andrew Saunderson, who are directors and/or persons discharging managerial responsibilities, in relation to the Grainger Employee Share Incentive Plan ("SIP").
