(CORRECTION)
By way of correction to the announcement released by the Company
on 31 March 2011 at 17.02 under RNS Number 0665E, it should be
noted that the correct total number of 50p Ordinary Shares in
Premier Oil plc held by Mr N Hawkings and any connected persons
within the meaning of Section 252 of the Companies Act 2006, is
312,918 (0.2688% of the Company's issued Ordinary share capital as
at 31 March 2011), and not 318,113 (0.2733% of the Company's issued
Ordinary share capital), as previously stated.
This notification is made under DTR Rule 3.1.4.
