On  25 June 2001, the Company received notification that, as a result of a
sale of 50,000 ordinary shares on 22 June 2001 at 105p per share, Richard
Wollenberg (non-executive director) now has an interest in 1,506,768 shares in
the company, representing 5.1%of the issued share capital.
