Hasgrove announces that on 9th October 2012, it purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Shares") for cancellation at 46.0p per Share.

The number of Shares purchased represented 0.04% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to such purchase.

Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company will have 23,505,372 ordinary shares in issue.
