The Annual General Meeting of Permanent TSB Group Holdings plc will take place on the 19 May 2023 (10am) at the Marker Hotel, Grand Canal Square, Dublin Docklands, Dublin 2.

The following documents will shortly be posted to ordinary shareholders and are now available to view on the Company's website www.permanenttsbgroup.ie :

(i) Notice of Annual General Meeting; and

(ii) Form of Proxy.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 which were published on the 1 March 2023 are available to view at www.permanenttsbgroup.ie

The Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy will be sent or made available to the Company's shareholders shortly. A copy of these documents will also be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and Euronext Dublin and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and at Euronext Dublin OAM Filing .
