Appointment of administrator and sale of business
Further to the announcement on 12 April 2023, Quantuma Advisory
Limited have been appointed as administrator to the Company, Ince
Consulting Holdings Limited, Ince Gordon Dadds Services Limited,
Ince Gordon Dadds Holdings LLP and Ince Gordon Dadds LLP by the
Court.
Quantuma Advisory Limited, as duly appointed administrator, have
today implemented a sale of the Group's business and certain of its
assets to Axiom DWFM Limited.
