NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS

The Company has been notified today, that Charles Cameron, a director of the
Company, has entered into an agreement with Peter Wilkinson, also a director of
the Company, whereby Peter Wilkinson has granted Charles Cameron an option to
acquire 7,940,400 of the ordinary shares held by Peter Wilkinson at a price of
63.5p per share. This option is exercisable between 1st July 2005 and 1st June
2012. As a consequence of this option agreement, Charles Cameron is deemed to
have an interest in these shares. Peter Wilkinson's interest in the share
capital of the Company remains unchanged.
