Toy Fair 2009 Represents the Company's First Time Presenting Their

Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. (KDE), today announced that they
will be featuring their wildly popular Yu-Gi-Oh TRADING CARD
GAME(TM) (TCG) and the Blue Dragon(TM) Role Playing Card Game
(RPCG) at this month's American International Toy Fair in New York
City. Exhibiting for the first time at Toy Fair, KDE will introduce
their portfolio of products at Booth #4814, Level 1. (Logo:

business." Featuring some characters from the popular Blue Dragon
Xbox 360(R) video game by famed developer, Hironobu Sakaguchi, and
featuring character designs by Akira Toriyama, the creator of the
best-selling DRAGONBALL manga series, the first Blue Dragon RPCG
release consists of the Dark Shadow Wielder and Light Shadow
Wielder Starter Decks. Every Starter Deck, available for an
approximate retail price of only $9.99, contains all of the
components needed to start a game -- 40 cards, including a Shadow
foil card, a fold-out game mat and a beginner's guide. In addition,
the Heroes Arise booster set and the soon-to-be released Destinies
Unite booster set (each consisting of 9 playable cards and 1
strategy card per pack for an approximate retail price of $3.49
each) will be on-hand. The Blue Dragon RPCG is recommended for ages
six and up. A highly anticipated and an all-new array of Yu-Gi-Oh!
TCG products will be introduced to the market, the first releases
since KDE took control of the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG business late last
year. Expecting to capture and enthrall children ages eight and up,
are the Duelist Pack -- Yusei --, designed with new players in
mind, includes strategy cards to help youngsters work on their game
play skills and plenty of powerful cards for a winning hand.
Available in late February it will come in two versions: single
foil Duelist Pack with an approximate retail price of $1.99; and a
two-pack blister with an approximate retail price of $3.99. In
March, a Duelist Pack Collection Tin, containing an assortment of
booster packs designed to increase the complexity and power of
Decks during play, will be released. Three Duelist Pack -- Yusei
-packs, The Duelist Genesis booster, a three foil card preview pack
of the upcoming booster, Raging Battle, and an exclusive card will
be included in a collectible tin for an approximate retail price of
$9.99. The third Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's booster set, Crimson Crisis,
includes monsters and cards used by Yusei, Jack, and Aki from the
popular new animated series! Crimson Crisis also includes the first
appearance of the very powerful Assault Mode monsters. Crimson
Crisis consists of a 100-card set, of which, 10 cards have never
been released before, and will sell for an approximate retail price
of $3.99 beginning in March. In addition, Crimson Crisis Special
Edition, containing three booster packs and an additional 1 of 2
Super Rare cards, will be released in April for $9.99. Rounding out
KDE's extensive release plans for the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG during the
first half of 2009 are Spellcaster's Command Structure Deck
releasing in March for $9.99 based on the popular Spellcaster-Type
Monsters and the Raging Battle Booster Set available in May for
$3.99 which will include cards used by Yusei, Jack, Rua and others.
