The Company was informed on 12 October 2022 that on 11 October 2022, Mr Michael O'Connell, Finance Director of the Company, purchased 9,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into a Pension Fund in his name at a price of 323.33 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mr O'Connell's beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares comprises 1,504,195 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 9.3% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding shares held in treasury).
