                              Exercise of Options

TORONTO - June 29, 2007 - Redknee (AIM: RKN), a leading provider of innovative
infrastructure software that monetizes and personalizes services and content for
mobile operators, today announced that 137,969 options for common shares without
par value in the capital of the Company were exercised during the period June
25-28 under the Company's share option scheme.

Application has been made for the admission of 137,969 common shares to
trading on AIM.  The shares will rank pari passu with existing common shares
and it is expected that admission will occur at 8.00am on 5 July 2007.

Following admission of the new shares, the total issued share capital of the
Company will be 59,133,813 common shares.
