        Antigua Public Utilities Authority PCS Deploys Redknee Solution

     Redknee Advances Prepaid Service in Antigua and Bermuda by Providing a
    Real-Time Charging Solution to Enable Flexible Rate Plans and Promotions


TORONTO- January 22, 2008 - Redknee Solutions Inc. ("Redknee") (AIM: RKN), a

Antigua Public Utilities Authority PCS ("APUA PCS") has successfully deployed
Redknee's Turnkey Converged Billing solution in Antigua and Barbuda.

Redknee's Turnkey Converged Billing Solution, with its flexible, real-time
rating engine, provides APUA PCS the opportunity to remain competitive by
offering their prepaid subscribers leading-edge rate plans with innovative
promotions and usage incentives.

APUA PCS will be able to accelerate the time-to-market of new services by
utilizing Redknee's advanced prepaid real-time rating to support new revenue
opportunities, such as real-time promotions, resulting in improved efficiencies,
increased customer satisfaction, and rapid new service rollouts.
