Sabien (AIM: SNT), the manufacturer of the patented M2G energy saving devices, 
announces that it has been notified that, on 6 March 2009, Dr Clive Morton, the 
Company's Chairman, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company 
("Ordinary Shares") at 2.163 pence per share. 
 
 
As a result of this purchase Dr Clive Morton holds 500,000 Ordinary Shares 
representing approximately 1.9 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
