Tavistock announces that it will
hold its Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") at 11.00 am on
Wednesday, 11 December 2024.
The AGM will be held at the
Company's offices at 1 Queen's Square, Ascot Business Park,
Lyndhurst Road, Ascot, Berkshire, SL5 9FE. A formal notice
convening the AGM, has been sent to shareholders. A copy of
the AGM notice and the form of Proxy can be found on the Company's

Shareholders wishing to vote on any
of the matters of business are strongly urged to do so through
completion of the form of proxy that has been sent to them. A
