ADMISSION OF SHARES



Loan notes in Thistle Mining Inc. worth US $22,000 were converted to 118,888 new
Common Shares of nil par value on 22 May 2003.



An application for the new Common Shares to be admitted to trading on the
Alternative Investment Market has been made with the London Stock Exchange.
Dealings in these shares are expected to commence on Friday 30 May 2003.

The shares will rank pari passu with existing shares in issue.
