Convertible Loan Facility drawdown

Insig AI plc (AIM: INSG), the data science and machine learning group, announces that a second tranche of GBP260,000 has been drawn down on the convertible loan facility agreement provided by Richard Bernstein as announced on 12 September 2022 (the "Loan Agreement"). After this tranche, an amount of GBP390,000 remains available to be drawn down under the Loan Agreement.
