Appointment of Finance
Director
VSA
Capital Group plc (AQSE: VSA), the international investment banking
and broking firm, announces that it has appointed Galin Ganchev as
Finance Director with effect from 14th October
2024.
Galin
began his career with PwC, where he qualified as a chartered
accountant in 2014. While at PwC, he offered a wide range of
services, including audit and consulting, to insurance and
investment management companies. His focus gradually shifted to the
fintech sector, where he played a key role in helping companies
establish effective processes and controls to support their rapid
growth. In 2018, Galin joined Octopus Investments Limited, becoming
the Head of Risk and Compliance at Octopus Lab Limited, the
company's fintech division. He also contributed to strategic
projects across the wider business and oversaw the growth of
Octopus Ventures Limited. In May 2023, Galin joined Oberon
Investments Group plc as Finance Director.

Galin
Ganchev holds no ordinary shares in VSA. Subject to a successful
completion of a probationary period of between 3 - 6 months, Galin
Ganchev will be granted options to subscribe for 500,000 ordinary
shares of the Company exercisable at 10p per share for the period
ending 1st June 2031.
Save as
set out in this announcement, there are no further details to be
disclosed pursuant to Rule 4.9 of the Aquis Access Rules for
Companies in respect of Galin Ganchev.
