The Registrant’s Form N-CSR for the period ended December 31, 2024, could not be filed within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense due to delays in finalizing the Registrant's audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024. The Registrant anticipates that the Form N-CSR filing for the period ended December 31, 2024 will be filed no later than 15^th calendar day from the original due date.
