Enodis Appoints Chief Technology Officer NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla., Jan. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Enodis (NYSE:ENO) announces the appointment of Richard N. Caron to the position of Chief Technology Officer effective 7 February 2005. Mr. Caron's responsibilities will include direction of the Enodis Technology Center and global new product development. In this role, Mr. Caron will report to Dave McCulloch, Chief Executive Officer of Enodis plc. Mr. Caron brings to Enodis extensive experience in foodservice technology development, operations management and corporate leadership. Mr. Caron served 19 years at Arthur D. Little, Inc., a premier global consulting company focused on management consulting, technology and product development, rising to Managing Director of the Consumer Products Practice. He served three years as CEO of Turbo Chef, a publicly held technology development and licensing company in the food service industry. Most recently, Mr. Caron served for three years as CEO of The Moseley Corporation, a privately held consulting company in the food and beverage industry. Mr. Caron received his BS and MS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has served on the Science and Technology Committee of the US House of Representatives. For several years, he managed the Commercial Gas Appliance Technology Center for the Gas Research Institute.
