Abbeycrest Plc, the UK's leading jewellery manufacturing and distribution
business will announce its results for the six months ended 31 August 2003 on 25
November 2003.


Abbeycrest also announces that further to the appointment of George Marcall as a
Non - Executive Director as previously announced on 9 October 2003, there are no
matters to be disclosed in relation to 6F2 (b) - (g) of the Listing Rules of the
UK Listing Authority.
