Filing of Management Information CircularBadger has filed the Management Information Circular prepared in connection with the Annual Meeting being held on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. MT. Only registered shareholders and duly appointed proxyholders may participate in the Annual Meeting.
