Seaview Energy Inc. ("Seaview" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CVU.A) (TSX
VENTURE:CVU.B) is pleased to announce it will be holding its second Annual
General Meeting on Thursday, June 4, 2009 at 3pm. The meeting will take place at
the Calgary Petroleum Club, 319-5th Ave SW, Calgary, AB held in the Viking room.


Seaview Energy Inc welcomes all shareholders and the general public to sit in on
the formal business of the meeting. Then following this, Michael Wuetherick,
President and CEO will present an update of recent activities of Seaview Energy.
