VANCOUVER, April 28,
2014 /CNW/ - Encanto Potash Corp. ("Encanto" or the
"Company") (TSXV: EPO and OTCQX: ENCTF) announces that pursuant to
the Company's Stock Option Plan, a total of 2,980,000 incentive
stock options have been granted to directors, officers, and
consultants of the Company. The options are exercisable at a price
of $0.17 per share for a period of 10
years, subject to regulatory approval.
The Company further announces a total of
2,670,000 previously granted stock options have been re-priced to
$0.17 per share, subject to
regulatory approval. Except for the amendment of the exercise
price, all original terms of the stock options will remain in
effect.

The Company has an interest in two additional
potash properties in Saskatchewan:
20% interest in the 55,000 acre Ochapowace/Chacachas property and
100% interest in the 55,437 acre Spar property.
Encanto is currently exploring domestic &
international strategic partnerships for the financing, development
and sale of potash production from its MFN JV Property.
