promotion of Sarah Beckett, to
become an Officer with the position of Vice President Sales and
Marketing, effective November 1, 2024
and subject to TSXV approval. Ms. Beckett joined Intouch in
2019 as Director of Marketing.

The Company is also reporting that its Board of Directors has
approved the grant of options to purchase up to 50,000 common
shares at an exercise price of $0.355
per share to employees and officers of the company. The
options will be granted November 1,
2024, and vest over a 36-month period and are valid until
October 31, 2029.
