medical specialty offices nationwide, announced today that its
veterinary network, PetCARE Television Network, Inc. ("PetCARE TV")
signed a Distribution Agreement with Butler Animal Health Supply
("Butler AHS"). The three-year agreement grants Butler the
exclusive distribution rights to sell PetCARE TV's veterinary

open many doors for us and will give us the personal touch we need
in the field. Not only is Butler AHS going to handle the sales of
our products, but they will be responsible for preparing subscriber
compliance reports which will help us greatly with our
presentations to advertisers." Medical Media currently has two

directed by its President, Bernard J. Kouma, and African American
Medical Network, Inc. ("African American Medical Network") directed
by its President, Robert Cambridge. Medical Media's third network,
